Posted on: 2 Feb 2015 - 19:38FITNESS FOOD: HOMEMADE CHICKEN VEGETABLE STIR-FRY 15-20 minutes prep 5-10 minutes cooking - Carrots - Courgettes - Broccoli - Celery - Yellow Pepper - Mushrooms - Spring Onion - Diced Chicken - Green Bean - Tarragon, Ginger, Soy Sauce Use a mixture of vegetables you like/prefer for variety. Delicious and nutritious. Lots of colour, low in fat, great energy source and protein. Quick to prepare & cook. Great for Lunch or Tea. Share pictures of your nutritious meals. High 5, Matt

Posted on: 29 Jan 2015 - 14:56NUTRITIOUS HOMEMADE SMOOTHY - 1/2 Apple - 1/2 Pear - 1 banana - Handfuls of grapes, blueberries, raspberries - Handful of Almonds - 1-2 Tbs of natural Greek Yogurt - Water Blend until smooth. Use whatever fruits you like/prefer. Mix it up for variety. Delicious and tasty. Healthy and nutritious. Lots of colour, low in fat, great energy source and protein. Quick to prepare, make and consume. Great for breakfast. Be great to see your pictures of your nutritious meals. High 5, Matt

The folks at Monster Supplements contacted me regarding their KickStart 2015 ebook. The book is a great reference for people who want to get fit but are not sure where to start; including a really useful FAQ section and another handy 'Top Tips' chapter and some delicious recipes. The infographic summarises the content, and has some great advice including workout ideas and nutrition advice. Health & fitness tips
Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.
