Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

Prices
One to one training: Sessions start from £25 per session (see below for locations).
Group training (minimum of 2 people): Sessions start from £17.50 per person when booking with another person (see below for locations).
All personal training sessions are based around a 45 minutes session. However, I can tailor a training package to suit your individual requirements if your lifestyle means that you want to train for less or longer.
Many of my clients block book multiple sessions, for instance 10, 12, 14, or pay me a monthly fee. Both of these options include consultation, nutritional advice, motivational and lifestyle strategies and regular fitness testing to help you achieve your goals.
I pride myself on my flexibility and making my programmes accessible for all clients, so please contact me and we can discuss a suitable pricing and payment structure to suit your individual requirements.
Location
Training sessions usually take place at two locations in the great outdoors, which gives me more flexibility with availability of training times:
1) Longcroft Sports Field, Almondbury, Huddersfield, HD5 8XW.
2) Farnley Tyas/Dartmouth Recreation Ground, Thurstonland Road, Farnley Tyas, Huddersfield, HD4 6UW.
Training can take place at your home and/or at a location of your choice- though this will cost more and I do not have as much flexibilty with training times. I am also able to provide online personal training. I am a big fan of the 'Outdoor Gym' as it means we can get a fantastic and varied workout in the fresh air, with great scenery and it is open 24/7 and free of charge.
I am based near Huddersfield in West Yorkshire.
