Personal Training in Huddersfield

Playing sport from a young age showed me how following a consistent exercise and nutrition plan makes you feel great and improves performance. I have a passion and enthusiasm for fitness that I like to share with all of my clients.

I work with clients of all fitness levels, abilities and ages to help improve their health and fitness. During my time working as a personal trainer, to name a few, I have helped clients to run half marathons, to lose weight and to improve their sporting performance. I passionately believe in working with clients to make lifestyle changes and showing ways that you can live a more active, healthy and happy lifestyle.

I take pride in constantly updating my knowledge and skills by researching health and fitness articles and attending training courses. I get a real buzz and take great satisfaction from helping clients to achieve a variety of goals.

Outside of training, my hobbies and interests include cycling, walking, sport and reading.

I am based in West Yorkshire and work throughout Kirklees and Calderdale, taking in clients from areas including Huddersfield, Holmfirth, Elland and more. If you live outside of these areas then do not hesitate to get in touch. I am also able to provide online personal training.
