Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

FITNESS FOOD: HOMEMADE CHICKEN VEGETABLE STIR-FRY
15-20 minutes prep
5-10 minutes cooking
- Carrots
- Courgettes
- Broccoli
- Celery
- Yellow Pepper
- Mushrooms
- Spring Onion
- Diced Chicken
- Green Bean
- Tarragon, Ginger, Soy Sauce
Use a mixture of vegetables you like/prefer for variety.
Delicious and nutritious. Lots of colour, low in fat, great energy source and protein. Quick to prepare & cook.
Great for Lunch or Tea.
