Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

A couple of years ago, I needed to get into shape for a holiday, but didn’t want to get stuck in another gym contract. I then came across Matts details online, and I haven’t looked back since.
He is so enthusiastic in every session (even though he has just done a 10 mile run at 4.44am, that’s pure dedication). Matt tailors every session to my needs, and believe me, you feel worked at the end of it, but it’s fun at the same time, with great banter and teamwork, it just flies past every time.
My initial thought of a personal trainer was someone who would just sit and shout instructions. How wrong was I, everything I do in the session Matt does too. He also gives great advice on nutrition and how to keep active during the week, even if you have very little time, with his inspiring daily 2 minute challenges.
Two years on, I look forward to every session and feel so much better in myself now than I ever have done.
