Crushed - 100% Fast Fruit Snack

Matt Swaz Fitness recently approached the team at Crushed (www.crusheduk.com) about snding me some of their 100% 'Fast Fruit Snacks' for me try. The 2 flavours that I received were:

- Apple & Strawberry (69 calories)

- Apple & Banana (81 calories)

The service and efficiency provided by Crush was fantatsic, as the products arrived within 2 days of ordering, very promt and punctual.

NUTRITIOUS HOMEMADE SMOOTHY

NUTRITIOUS HOMEMADE SMOOTHY

- 1/2 Apple
- 1/2 Pear
- 1 banana
- Handfuls of grapes, blueberries, raspberries
- Handful of Almonds
- 1-2 Tbs of natural Greek Yogurt
- Water

Blend until smooth.

Use whatever fruits you like/prefer. Mix it up for variety.

Delicious and tasty. Healthy and nutritious. Lots of colour, low in fat, great energy source and protein. Quick to prepare, make and consume.

Great for breakfast.
