I was pleased when Lexi Watkins from Reviews.com contacted me to see whether I would be interested in sharing the extensive and detailed research they had done on Yoga Mats, with the aim of finding which is the 'best' one. Review.com has conducted over 50 hours of extensive research on dozens of Yoga mats, consulted with over 100 yoga professionals and read 50 industry publications as part of the research. They focused on 30 mats and whittled this down to their top 10.  The...

I was pleased to be approached by Sree Subramaniam of Traffic Jam Media with regard to contributing to an article and providing expert opinion on the need for specialist fitness qualifications for PTs.  With the number of UK fitness members exceeding 9 million, there being a 5.3% rise in total memberships, and the total market value for the industry being estimated at around £4.4 billion (source: 2016 State of the UK Fitness Industry report), the fitness industry has become more demanding than ever. Therefore, from experience as a PT to meet the demands of clients, set yourself out from the competition and to provide them with an expert service, it is crucial to specialise in and have expert knowledge in different areas and qualifications...

Th following is a blog from a friend of mine - Rachel Jillot - who wanted to share her thoughts and experiences on her health and fitness journey. Thanks Rach. Keep up the  great work. High 5, Matt :-)   Battling with weight, health and fitness is something that I have struggled with and I am sure will continue to struggle with throughout my life. I am the only person who is in control of changing my attitude towards food, eating and exercise and over the past few months in particular, I feel that I am on the right path to combatting my struggle! This is partly down to my own change in mind-set but also finding some amazing, natural products to help me. I want to share my story…my journey, hopefully encourage, and motivate people in the...
