    Playing Sport is a great way for us to get active, enjoy exercise, make friends and be competitive. No doubt many of us adults enjoyed playing Sport in our younger days at school, college etc. However, due to work, motivational and family commitments we may have had to stop playing the sports we enjoyed and struggled to find time to exercise.     TEAMWORK DREAMWORK WALK   Massive inspired high 5 to all you rockstars who came on the April Team Walk, really proud of and inspired by you all, means a lot to me. Great turnout and great way to get active and enjoy fresh air, take in great scenery and fun fitness. Lots of laughs and banter - mainly at my expense of course :-) Some great hills tackled and through the woods and fields.     Informative article and infographic from Ghergich & co who have teamed up with Health Perch to create an article and illustrated workout with infographic on when to prioritise resistance training and aerobic training to achieve a our individual goals. The article demonstrates that if we are short of time and want to get in a quick workout then we can priorities the form of exercise we use - resistance or aerobic -  based on our goals.
