Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

When I first started training with Matt I felt like any challenge he set me was impossible but after only a couple of months I felt like I had achieved what initially seemed impossible! Constant motivation, belief and praise for everything you do when training with Matt keeps you going and I have gone from saying no I can't do that to I will give it my best shot! I feel completely comfortable when training with him and be isn't just my trainer he is a mate!
Best mistake ever sending that email!
