Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

"Exercise is important to me as it helps me keep physically and mentally strong!
I have always enjoyed exercise & having a PT has changed my life as I have been pushed to limits that I thought I could never achieve!
It has also given me the experience and knowledge to be able to go into a gym and train with confidence.
The benefits of having a PT is being taught the correct 'form' so that I don't encounter injuries when training. Not only that the motivation and support is a crucial part of the training too.
My training is varied which keeps it interesting it involves lunges, planks, press ups, kettle bells, free weights, TRX, HIIT, boxing, burpees to name a few!
My view is that your health is vitally important because if you haven't got your health you ain't got nothing! ! It is a work in progress and I'm loving it".
