Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

Since I started training with Matt, I have noticed a massive improvement in my health and fitness. My physique has changed for the better and I now have much more energy to tackle day-to-day activities. Unlike dreading trips to the gym, I look forward to every session with Matt.
He keeps them challenging, progressive, varied and most of all enjoyable. Matt has also helped to overhaul my diet and nutrition and to change my outlook on food. After completing the food diary, Matt has slowly introduced methods and tips for me to improve my nutrition so that I am getting the best from the programme. He has taught me the importance of thinking long-term and making changes to my lifestyle (nutrition and exercise) that become routine and the habit of a lifetime. He is constantly providing me with nutritional information that has helped to accelerate my progress to achieving my goals.
