Walking is great exercise and fresh air and scenery. For the past few months I have been using the Sigg Traveller Dark Blue Water bottle whilst out walking. I was introduced to the Sigg Traveller Water Bottle by William Deamer of iProspect. The Sigg Traveller Dark Blue 0.6 Litre classic bottle is convenient to use with the screw top and is lightweight - even when full of water. The aim is to encourage more people to get active and enjoy a great workout. This is not a ‘traditional’ boot camp. It’s a club to help you get fitter, healthier, strongerhappieret. It will challenge you. Crucially, it will be action packed and varied – there will be circuit exercises, running, power walking, playing sport related games etc. Each session will be different to keep us physically and mentally motivated. Health & fitness tips
Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.
