Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.
Fit Club
Who wants to get fit? Have fun? Exercise in a group? Train early in the morning before work?
I am going to launch a new early morning Fit Club in Huddersfield. The aim is to encourage more people to get active and enjoy a great workout. This is not a ‘traditional’ boot camp. It’s a club to help you get fitter, healthier, strongerhappieret. It will challenge you.
Crucially, it will be action packed and varied – there will be circuit exercises, running, power walking, playing sport related games etc. Each session will be different to keep us physically and mentally motivated.
I take pride in working with all of my Personal Training clients and developing a community that works together to get active and inspire each other. This will be central to the Fit Club.
