Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

MattSwaz.co.uk is the new online home of Matt Swierzynski - known to his friends as Matt Swaz - a personal trainer working around the Kirklees and Calderdale areas (including Huddersfield, Halifax, Holmfirth, Dewsbury, Brighouse & more).
The new site will provide an overview of the personal training services that Matt offers, which focus on outdoor and home training, away from the traditional gym setting.
As an experienced and fully-qualified Level 3 personal trainer in Advance Cardiovascular Training, Advance Resistance Training and Client Lifestyle & Fitness Assessment, Matt will be sharing his extensive knowledge through a regularly updated Resources section and blogging about health, fitness and nutition topics.
The website was developed by Ashworth Marketing Ltd, who provide marketing consultancy and digital design services in the North East and West Yorkshire.
