Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

HI-PRO PEANUT BUTTER & FRUIT MUESLI
Making our own Muesli is a healthy and nutritious way to start the day.
Thanks to HI-PRO (http://hipronutrition.co.uk/) for challenging me to devise a nutritious recipe with their new high-protein Peanut Butter which is great tasting.
The following are the ingredients and methods we used:
INGREDIENTS (serves 3-4 people)
-150g Jumbo Porridge Oats
- 30g HI-PRO Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 85ml freshly squeezed Orange
- 200ml cold Water
- 150ml Natural Yogurt
- 2tbsp clear Honey
- 1 Lemon, 1 medium Apple, 1 punnet Raspberries, 1 banana
- 20g Almonds
METHOD
1. Put 150g Porridge Oats into a bowl
2. Stir in 85ml of squeezed Orange juice and 200ml of cold water
3. Cover with cling film and store in fridge overnight.
4. Stir in 150ml of Natural Yogurt and 2tbsp of clear honey.
5. Grate the zest of 1 Lemon into the mixture and stir well.
6. Quarter, core and grate 1 Apple into the mixture and stir well.
7. Top the mixture with approx. 30g of Peanut Butter
8. Slice and add the Banana with the Raspberries and Almonds.
