Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.
Adidas Power Tubes Level 2
As an active and mobile Personal Trainer - it is crucial that I carry and use equipment that is mobile, easy to carry and that also provides a great workout. Resistance bands are therefore a fantastic piece of equipment. One particular range of Resistance Band that I have been using - both personally and also with my Personal Training clients - is the Adidas Power Tubes Level 2.
I have found the tube bands to be lightweight but sturdy and because they are contained within an outer sleeve this provides extra protection when using them as well as ensuring the resistance remains constant even when the band makes contact with you.
