2 Minute Exercise Challenge Video - Tricep Dips and Leg Jumps

Today's 2 minute exercise challenge utilises a bench (could use a chair, step, sofa etc):

- 1 minute of Tricep Dips on the bench seat,

Followed by,

- 1 minute of jumping legs forwards and backwards whilst holding ourselves off the bench seat.

Give it a go. Great arm, Leg & cardio workout. Only takes 2 minutes, does not need much room and no equipment.
