Today's 2 minute exercise challenge using a fence, wall etc:

- 1 minute of hands on the fence & jumping legs forwards and backwards

Followed by

- 1 minute of hands on the fence & jumping legs in and out criss-crossing

Great whole body workout. Only takes 2 minutes, does not need much room and no equipment. Stretch too.
