Today's 2 minute exercise challenge using a curb:

- 1 minute of leaning back on the curb and with legs out in front tapping the floor with alternative feet.

Followed by

- 1 minute of lunge jumps on alternative legs with front leg on the curb

Great whole body workout. Only takes 2 minutes, does not need much room and no equipment. Remember to stretch too.
