Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.
Press-ups, Tricep Dips and Jumping Jacks Video
This video aims to provide you with some tips, advice and examples on ways to exercise and live an active lifestyle with little equipment, time & space. This video presents 3 basic but effective exercises: Press-ups, Tricep Dips and Jumping Jacks.

Press ups are a great bodyweight exercise for developing arm, chest, shoulder and core strength. Tricep Dips are a great bodyweight exercises for develping Tricep, Chest and core strength. Jumping Jacks provide a great Cardiovascular wholebody workout. There are many ways that these exercises can be varied in order to make more or less challenging and thus the above video is just an illustrative indicator of how to do the exercises. Please remember to speak to your GP before starting any exercise programme.
