Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.
Tracking your progress

Last night two of my clients did a run and used the 'MapMyRun' software to map and track their progress. This is a great piece of software as it gives you feedback on the time taken, the distance you have covered, the calories you have burned off and the elevation you have climbed. This allows you to monitor your training and your progress, for instance, is the distance you are running increasing and/or is the time taken to run the distance decreasing.
