Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.
Apple, Blueberries and Banana Porridge

Porridge is a fantastic way to start the day as it will give you a sustained supply of energy and will help to keep you fuller for longer. Adding fruit will provide you with key nutrients and add colour and delicious taste.
Ingredients:
100g of large Oats
230ml of semi/skimmed milk
1 medium to large apple
30g of blueberries
1 medium to large banana
Total calories approx. 320
Serves 2:
Place the oats into a non-stick pan along with the semi/skimmed milk and bring to boil and then simmer for 8-10 minutes whilst stirring. If it gets too sticky add 100-200ml of water. Chop an apple and banana and along with the blueberries mix in with the porridge oats and enjoy.
