2 Minute Exercise Challenge Video - Lateral Runs and Knees to Elbows

Today's 2 minute exercise challenge:

- 1 minute of side-to-side lateral runs with floor taps,

Followed by,

- 1 minute of alternating wide knee to elbow leg drives in press up position.

Give it a go. Great arm, Leg & cardio workout. Only takes 2 minutes, does not need much room and no equipment.
