Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

I first decided to book some lessons with Matt as I had got out of my usual training and felt that I needed some encouragement to get back into a routine.
At first Matt came to visit me were we discussed what I was looking to achieve by having some personal training, I was also advised on how many lessons it was felt I needed to start with, and what exactly would be involved in my personal training.
I booked 12 sessions to start with, all lessons were booked at a time and a place that was convenient for me and Matt was very flexible with times and fitting sessions around work etc…
As the sessions continued I noticed that my stamina, strength increased and my techniques improved enabling me to push myself further with each session, I also found that this encouraged me to get back into a routine with regards to my own training and I started to take to look into foods and where I was going wrong my diet. I found Matt to be very approachable, never judgemental and easy to talk to.
I would recommend Matt to anyone who is seeking advice with regards to diet and personal training.
