TODAY'S 2 MINUTE EXERCISE CHALLENGE:

- 1 minute of Split forward/backward arm/leg jumps (4 count) with 4 jumping jacks

Followed by

- 1 minute of squats with forward kicks (alternate legs each squat)

Great whole body workout. Only takes 2 minutes, does not need much room and no equipment. Stretch too.
