Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.
Press up for beginners Video
This video aims to provide you with some tips, advice and examples on ways to exercise and live an active lifestyle with little equipment, time & space. This video presents a modified way to begin to do press ups against railings. This is a great way to build upper body strength and it can be varied in many ways to make it more challenging and thus the above video is just an illustrative indicator of how to do the exercise. Please remember to speak to your GP before starting any exercise programme.
