Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.
Jogging/Running Video
This video aims to provide you with some tips, advice and examples on ways to exercise and live an active lifestyle with little equipment, time & space. This video focuses on jogging/running and provides some teaching points and ideas/strategies on how to run/jog safely and effectively. Please remember to speak to your GP before starting any exercise programme.
