Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

I started training with Matt in August 2012, since then I haven’t looked back. Each session is varied, challenging and there is never a dull session. Matt makes every session fun and enjoyable. My initial fitness assessment was the only time I’ve been in my comfort zone, since then Matt has pushed me to work harder week in, week out. I always come away feeling great and like I’ve had an awesome workout.
Matt is an extremely inspirational personal trainer, he’s always motivated, dedicated, supportive and up for the challenge. He never stands at the side watching – he is always willing to get stuck in to anything he’s asking me to do. With regular contact Matt helps me to stay motivated and focused on achieving my goals. We normally train early in the week, which helps me to get my head down and keep going for the following 7 days. I would recommend Matt to anybody who wants to achieve their health/fitness goals.
