Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

I went to Matt with a challenge to get me fit enough to run a 10k in just three months from scratch. As I found out he is always up for one and takes you along for the ride. He motivated me to get off the sofa & I learned to enjoy fitness, no mean feat I can tell you. Every week he is a joy to workout with & continues to challenge me. He always knows when I can push a little harder, climb a little further, run a little longer but his real talent is to make you believe you can do it!
Team work is dream work, just one more set & only a little further are phrases that helped me do my 10k & continue a fitness journey afterward. Thanks Matt, you inspire me everyday :-)
