Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

Googling the words ‘PT’ and ‘Huddersfield’ over a year ago was one of the best things I have ever done. I was in desperate need to find the magic formula, something that would help me lose weight and would make me feel fitter and healthier. Since I’ve trialled and tested many things in the past I thought it was time to treat myself to a couple of PT sessions in order to kick off yet another weight loss attempt. Yes, I did have a gym membership but I didn’t particularly enjoy going to the gym and neither did I see any results.
When I first contacted Matt by email he was very prompt in getting in touch with me and before I knew we’d arranged to meet up to discuss what my expectations were. Since that first meeting I have never looked back. I now exercise on a regular basis and really do enjoy it!
The training sessions with Matt are always challenging and varied and you never know what to expect. Matt has also helped me to look at my overall diet and lifestyle. His enthusiasm, knowledge and commitment have helped me to get to where I am today. He keeps in regular touch during the week and is always there to answer any questions or to give you that extra motivational push on days when you might need it. Matt takes genuine pride and satisfaction in your progress and his energy is inspiring.
Now, a year later, I even run! Trust me, I would have never believed in a million years that I would run and actually like it! I’ve also cancelled my gym membership (yes it’s true, the outdoor gym is the best!) and I have lost weight. My life has changed so much and I’m ever so great full that Matt has been there to support me all the way.
