Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.
Step Ups Video
This video aims to provide you with some tips, advice and examples on ways to exercise and live an active lifestyle with little equipment, time & space. This video focuses on Step Ups and provides some teaching points and ideas/strategies on how to do the exercise safely and effectively. Please remember to speak to your GP before starting any exercise programme.
