Before booking personal training sessions with Matt, I was one of those people who had all of the intentions of exercising but I never prioritised it or really knew what I was doing. Therefore, booking sessions with Matt was a great way to get me on track and into a routine of exercising regularly. Matt is an excellent trainer and is able to build a great relationship with his clients. I booked the sessions with a friend and Matt was able to tailor our sessions to suit the individual needs of both of us to ensure that we were both getting the maximum out of the sessions.

We did a fitness test at the beginning and when we re-tested ourselves i was amazed at how much i had improved. Matt made the sessions fun but also intense and always focused on our goals to encourage us. If anybody wants to get fit or improve their figure I would 100% encourage Matt's services. Instead of me talking about wanting to get results, having Matt around meant that it really did happen.
