    Who is up for a challenge? Who is ready to test themselves? For April, the #1MinuteChallenge is based on Lunges. Please see my 'Give it a Go - Lunges' exercise series and my Matt Swaz Fitness Video on how to perform Lunges. Step forward with one leg, pause slightly and then powerfully push back to the start position. That is rep 1. Repeat on the other leg and that is rep 2 and so on. If you are feeling confident you could do lunge jumps for 1 minute - were you powerfully jump off the ground and switch your legs in mid air and then land with your opposite feet forward and back from where your started.
