The Best Weight Loss Program

I  was pleased when Lexi Watkins from contacted me to see whether I would be interested in sharing the extensive and detailed research they had done on weight loss programs, with the aim of finding which is the 'best' one. has conducted the research by removing 'fad' diets, speaking with top nutritional experts to find out what really matters, and taste-testing the 'best' diet plans to determine which program offers the most sustainable, achievable pathway to healthy food habits and weight loss. analysed the diet plan details, read books, played with with diet apps, taste tested both recipes and prepackaged food, and followed exercise plans to find the best and most successful.

If we are aiming to successfully and permanently lose weight, then our weight loss program has to be sustainable, offer realistic goals, be enjoyable enough and a long term lifestyle.

Lexi informs me that the aim was to find the 'best' weight loss program which offers the most sustainable, achievable pathway to long term healthy food and eating habits by:
