Build exercise into your commute to and/or from work. Run, Cycle, Walk all or some of the journey. Get off the bus a stop early, park further from work, keep change of fresh clothes at work etc. Great for body and mind and saves money too.

TEAMWORK DREAMWORK WALK
Massive inspired high 5 to all you rockstars who came on the April Team Walk, really proud of and inspired by you all, means a lot to me.
Great turnout and great way to get active and enjoy fresh air, take in great scenery and fun fitness. Lots of laughs and banter - mainly at my expense of course :-)
Some great hills tackled and through the woods and fields.
